Our company is founded by renewable energy veterans, believe that the changing energy landscape favors utility ownership (vis-à-vis PPA), and are leveraging our decades of IPP developer and power marketing experience to build a company that is focused solely on serving utilities as a strong, reliable and flexible partner. 

The Inflation Reduction Act and other political and regulatory actions have provided utilities a great opportunity to reassert themselves as infrastructure owners.  Because we believe that traditional IPPs are poorly suited to serve the utility markets, and because we believe in the future utilities want to own renewable assets, we have created a company that will focus on servicing that transition.
